WoodSpring Suites San Antonio Fort Sam

It was ultimately good to be honest. The room was nice, shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the morning coming to around at 10am to find out if your checking out or staying was a bit pushy as usual and unpleasant. This particular stay the lady that came asking was rude and full of accusations. Accused us of smoking in the room (we smoke outside and had just came back in from smoking a few minutes prior and to top it off was like you have a dog in there when she could clearly see around my husband I was watching a movie on my phone while walking around packing our belongings. She was very noisy trying to look around him to see in the room which weirded us out and made it uncomfortable to the point we definitely won't be back after that. We had given them a second chance after an incident last year with another employee being unnecessarily ugly the entire stay not just to us but everyone. Vending machine took my money then another one was broken leaving an overpriced machine that didn't want to take my debit card for some reason until I swiped it 4 or 5 times. The hiring sign out front will hopefully bring some friendlier staff to the hotel. The location is great and the price is affordable for us but the treatment isn't worth it. Especially when we dont bother anyone or complain until now.

TERRIBLE.

I booked like around 1:00 p.m. or so and got there at 11:00 p.m. they said my room was booked and that they had no space, And they charged me still and I was forced to stay at motel 8 employees were not helpful and I called the manager and he was rude and no help at all

It has a kitchen to cook for yourself Too noisy, lot of movement, trashy people, low life just ghetto vibes

It was a last minute reservation with availability Everything else. Room was dirty. Used towels were on the floor and there were no fresh ones available. Bed was not made up. Looked like someone had just left the room and no one came to clean it. Furniture was very outdated. Refrigerator looked like they got it in the 70's.

Better beds

Nothing. The room had roaches and the tolilet moved whenever i sat down on it. Completely unstable. Everything. Staff was rude. Manager would not issue me a refund. Terrible will never stay here again

I’m not taking any stowaway roaches home. Yucky!!

The general manager wasn't understanding to my wife disabilities due to our elevator being down for the whole weekend. His demeanor stinks. He doesn't belong taking care of a properties as big as Woodsprings.
