Comfort Inn San Diego Airport At The Harbor

Shower drain was clogged, AC made a god awful loud noise when running. Hard bed with small pillows, narrow hallways. Room was clean and staff were nice. Parking is tight!

Immediately when we walked in, there’s a couple of cockroach we killed on top of our tv stand. There’s bugs flying in the bathroom too. The bathroom has no blower, the grout in the bathroom tile floor is moldy. The bunk bed room has no a/c only a standing fan in it so it was hot, we had to keep it open for the kids so they can get that a/c from a different room. Hence, no privacy. The room won’t soft close so you had to pull and push really hard just to close it. I don’t like that for a room designed for 4 there’s not a table or chair we can use to eat on. We literally have to stand up and the kids have to eat on their bed which is so inconvenient. For the price we paid over $300. It was a waste to money for the quality of room we got. This should’ve been a $100 room and maybe we won’t complain at all. But it was the worst.

Very nice room and close to the marina & airport. Will stay there again next time we travel.

The property is in a nice area and easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Only thing is restroom door would not close completely.

Overall clean I would come back staff was nice breakfast was good

There is not chair or sofa in office while customer check in or check out that can wait for service. Overall is bad. Never stay again.

Parking sucks, some of my towels were stained and/or still dirty, the beds were hard, but the pillows and bed covers were comfortable. I checked in late at night and the lady at the counter super nice and helpful.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bad towels we actually went and bought our own and checked out early.

The room was okay clean, bed was comfy but the whole place had a smell of mildew which I couldn't get rid of because the windows don't open properly. The pool was not cleaned. The breakfast was so bad my stomach hurt the whole day, do not recommend eating there. The whole stay was just okay, not great but not terrible.

Super helpful and friendly front desk staff. So refreshing these days! Room was clean and simple.

Convenient Location. It's close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Close distance from airport. The rooms do need some maintenance/upgrades. Our bathroom window was broken and the screen in onother window was broken as well so we could not leave windows open due to this.

Only issues i had was the lack of budgeting of noise (but there was a card about the noise and a pair of war plugs), and the hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, then it started scalding and was hard to adjust. Otherwise very nice older hotel/motel. Centralized for doing the tourist things. Good food choices everywhere.
