Check out the pool, looked nice. Would stay again.

Have stayed before and have always loved it here. Convenient location to all we need. Never had any issue. Will stay here again

Quick easy check in and out. Clean rooms and location is great!
-
Very rude and discriminatory staff, nasty restrooms and beds. Save your money and go elsewhere this location is not it!!!

When we first got there they didn't have the room we booked. We booked a King bed with additional sofa bed for three. They only gave us a single bed with no other options. They told us they didn't have any other rooms available. I looked at the website and it still showed many rooms available. After three hours of phone calls, we finally was offered another with a queen and sofa. This was the first time I ever didn't get what i reserved. They said we still had to pay for the first night if we cancelled even though they gave our room to someone else. Very strange practice.

Excellent service
-
The shower water is super slow and weak, you also can hear the people on top of your room walking, running and talking, the refrigerator not cold, only the A/C is good
-
Breakfast was good and opened until 10am which was nice. Front desk was very helpful

Excellent, thank you for the accommodations.

The Highlights: The breakfast service was outstanding. The staff member was incredibly friendly and thoughtfully customized the menu with delicious vegetarian alternatives. The dining area is also fantastic, offering plenty of comfortable, high-quality seating. Opportunities for Improvement: The late-night check-in at 11:30 PM took about 20–30 minutes, suggesting the front desk could use more support during peak night hours. Additionally, the elevators would benefit from a routine maintenance check, as they squeak slightly, the digital floor displays are a bit inaccurate, and the inspection certificate is due for an update.

Overall Ok. Breakfast was not that good.
-
Gym clean, had what we needed. Restaurant had good food. Maintenance lacking. Doors stuck, hard to open. Closed when should not.
-
You have to pay for the breakfast but it is cheaper to add it to your reservation than pay for it when you get there.

During my eight-day stay, I was locked out of my room three separate times, requiring repeated trips to the front desk to regain access. This was both frustrating and inconvenient, especially as it occurred multiple times without a permanent resolution. One of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was the buffet breakfast option, which offered the variety I was looking for during an extended stay. However, the buffet was closed for the entire week due to a private event, effectively excluding hotel guests from accessing an amenity that influenced my booking decision. As a result, I was limited to only a few menu options throughout my stay. Additionally, housekeeping services were significantly below expectations. My room was refreshed only once during the entire eight-day stay. I repeatedly had to call for basic necessities such as clean towels and toilet paper, which should have been routinely replenished without requiring multiple requests. Overall, the lack of consistent guest services, limited dining options, and repeated room access issues made for a disappointing experience. I believe these concerns should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

This is the problem as this is the first courtyard I have ever stayed at that did not have breakfast. When I reserved my room it had a picture of a beautiful breakfast that stated it was included with the room. At checkin I asked where breakfast would be served and times???? Was immediately without hesitation that this Courtyard did not serve breakfast. I showed the a picture of the Breakfast meal associated with my purchase and was told NO> IDID NOT LIKE ANYTHING BUT THE ROOM AND THE BED

There was a large roach on my room. I checked out the next morning 2 days in advance
-
Everything was good and clean
-
We had a room right next to the elevator so we had a rather loud experience 😏. Would have loved to have the extra pillows I requested, they would have helped with the noise🤓

The front desk night worker was the worse
