Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego

Manchester will always be my favorite hotel in down town SD! They take pride in the property and their customer service! We will always be a customer!

Good location

Room was spacious and beautiful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The only problem and the reason I only give the hotel 4 stars was because there was no safety bar in the bathroom. For a senior citizen such as myself this is a real need when stepping high out of a bathroom tub. Sort of strange how a wonderful hotel would skip on such an important, yet really inexpensive feature for bathrooms with high step bathtubs..

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was brilliant close to waterfront and the local transport Also close to seaport village. This had shops and restaurants We had breakfast included which was great- buffet style We were celebrating both my husband and son’s birthday and the hotel really helped to make it special - a big thank you There were only 2 issues 1 there was a lot of work going on to improve the hotel. One of the pools was closed during our stay. We were not aware of these improvements when we checked in. It didn’t impact on our stay but it would have been good to know about it at check in 2. The only other thing but minor if you like lots of room in your bed go for king size as we found the doubles smallish Despite this we had a fab time

The service was poor at best. Valet didn’t take our bags. We waited for our car because valet was sitting and chit chatting. Hidden destination fees at check out. WiFi didn’t work. Not the 5 star experience they advertise.

Quick weekend get away for my boyfriend and I. The location was perfect for visiting San Diego. Close to everything an an amazing view of the bay. The staff were professional and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel close to the port in San Diego. Location is good to explore the city and to go out for diner. Nice rooftop in the hotel with a nice view. Staff was friendly and check in was really fast and easy. Parking is way to expensive for hotel guest. Pool are needs renovation.

Not worth the price. More like a 3 star hotel. No lifeguards at pool. Very disappointed use to go here a lot.
