There was a dirty bandage on the balcony and I was in a room right next to the elevators so it was noisy and difficult to get good sleep

Resort like property with island vibes. Very bustling though if that is not your thing. Check-in was unfriendly, rude, and unkind. Set the trip off on a bad note. Otherwise excellent stay and convenient location.

The hotel stay was great and staff very professional , HOWEVER the parking situation is absolutely terrible. First off we were given a parking card for the convention center and not for the main parking, second the main parking was closed so we had to park a bit too far, carrying our luggage was a real pain, then we were given a parking paper with a bar code, that worked, however upon checking out after I explained the parking situation we were given an exit access card, had I not asked about the parking we would not have been given the card. We actually had to wait in line to get out of the parking because two cars did not have the card. It took 20 minutes to get out because of the delay. This complication in uneccessary, it’s just parking right? We love the hotel building but the parking issue maks inaccessible to the room. I should just drive up, park my car, and go to my room. All this to say that our stay was not pleasant, we were there to enjoy a day/night, instead of juggling parking tickets.

Very nice stay. Just stayed one night for a staycation. The room are nice, clean and new. We had a balcony overlooking the bay. It's small, but did the job. The view was great. The pool area was very nice. Two pools and a hot tub with poolside bar. Check in took a while because there was a long line; otherwise, no complaints. It's a great location if you want to be at the bay, in downtown and/or right next to the convention center.

Great stay. Big price tag.

Really nice hotel; friendly, helpful staff; clean (housekeeping staff was great); nice pool area; convenient location - steps away from seaport village, ferry, midway; totally enjoyed our stay in 2 adjoining rooms with kids. Four stars because of food choices- Starbucks only open till 2 and twice the price outside the hotel; poolside bar/grill closed at 5; Marina Grill super expensive. The Exchange had decent food and was open at all hours but pricey. With kids, we needed to eat at the hotel more than we would have liked. However, that said, we would stay there again!

2. Elevators were very slow, especially when there were conferences and the hotel had high occupancy. Long line of people waiting for elevator that I've never seen elsewhere. 3. Elevator noise was very significant in rooms closer to the elevator. 4. They had a $47 destination fee per day, then they give you $24 credit that you can only spend in the stores inside the hotel, where the prices of everything were unreasonably high. Very smart to figure out how to make more money - way to go Marriott!

Fantastic stay very happy with this viaot

The pool area is fantastic! Plus the balcony off the room made it more memorable. It’s pretty pricey especially after you include the daily parking fees and daily mandatory resort fees.
