Nothing Everything it was dirty, you have to pay to park but can’t park in the garage cause there are homeless and drug deals going on in The parking garage, rooms were dirty and stains on everything, people doing drugs and smoking weed on the stairway to rooms right where there are signs that say smoke free hotel. Rooms smelled like mildew.

The price only The rooms have a smell, they stink! Th hotel overall looks run down.

Lastly, I tried to reach the staff for three days to cancel but was unable to get a return call

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The description did not match reality. Im not sure how a freeway right in front of the hotel and a big hill directly behind it, equates to direct beach access. It gave sketchy vibes and we ended up not staying here.

Very run down and not maintained well.

I have stayed at this location before so decided to give it another try. The area was really scary but as the facility was under construction I decided maybe thats why it looked so bad. The male staff that checked us in was rude and preoccupied. The room was so dirty and gross. There was hair all over the walls and tub and floor. The carpets were stained and the hallways smelled and were dirty. We almost left but we couldn't book another room. Then the lady who checked us out was rude and shirt with us. I will jot be staying at another facility run by this company. Nothing.

Staff was very friendly, but the hotel was run down and rooms were in awful condition. Wet floor, dirty room, bathroom was in poor condition.

It was a nice stay wish I could’ve extended

We had to request a new air-conditioning unit because the one in our room was not functioning. The shower didn’t work, and neither did the TV. The only thing that worked properly was the refrigerator. I will never stay here again. The hotel’s description is very misleading. It is not within walking distance of the beach as advertised. The property is located on a one-way-in, one-way-out street, and unfortunately there was a fire the same night we stayed. As a result, we were stuck at the hotel with no food options, no drinks available, and no way to leave. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly do not recommend staying here.

The room was full of smoky smell. By the time we checked in it was already midnight. The access card given was continuously failing and had to go back and forth multiple times. When we informed about the smoke smell, the receptionist did not even care and simply said, all rooms are non smoke. And other thing is, that there was one big board to enter into hotel but there are no hotel sign boards even to find out where the reception is. It did not even meet the basic expectation of Cleanliness, access card functionality and non smoke rooms and better reception and little sign boards for the directions.

This place should not be considered a hotel, it is more like an outdated apartment building that is falling apart. People live here, there was a person with their Christmas tree outside their door. This place needs so many repairs and is currently under construction. I feel bad for the people that work there, because Laura at the front desk was nice and the maintenance guy was nice too. I understand it's not their fault that this building is falling apart and they are trying hard to deal with all the problems this building has, which are way too many. It is situated in a very bad neighborhood, there was a helicopter circling the hotel while we were there announcing that there was a suspect at large. There was a big fire that started across the street. There is a homeless man living in the parking structure which is a storage for the hotel where they hoarder all kinds of old furniture, refrigerators, tv's, etc... I did not feel safe to stay there with my family so we didn't! Now I'm waiting to get my money back, but the manager doesn't seem to ever be around to approve the refund.
