This hotel is very old and in need of upgrade. Especially for the price. Restaurant is awful and staff didn’t care that the order was wrong, brought no utensils for room service, and food was terrible.

The bathrooms were small and the bathtub/shower was elevated. It was hard for my handicap husband to get out. We got 2 queen beds. One bed was nearly touching the wall. The mini fridge kept freezing up. This property was clean and maintenance the best they can, it's an older building. Very noisy due to the freeway and beds were super hard. No free breakfast, would I stay again. Sorry no, a choice hotel would have been better for my family needs.

Staff was very helpful, very easy and pleasant to deal with! Breakfast and lunches were superb! Good restaurant!

A little dated for a "very good" on Expedia. Someone left a bottle of opened/used nail polish in our room that wasn't ours. The thermostat didn't work properly.
-
I didn't like that anyone had access to the hotel. There are signs posted, for example to go through the pool gate. Signs that say must use key card to assess pool area. Not the case. Anyone can go in and out of the hotel. All of the pool and outdoor restaurant furniture was old and ripped. When I booked this place, it was featured as breakfast included daily. That was also not the case. The restaurant was fine but their menu has about 10 items to choose from. Our room was clean, the pool was warm.

The check in guy was super nice very helpful but when I asked about the parking situation/charges he said you don’t have to worry about it. At check out I asked the lady at the counter she was rude and very condescending! I asked about the parking and she said it was 38 dollars PER DAY! First of all I self parked in a lot that’s full! And there was no parking attendants anywhere! I asked bout the charged and I was dismissed! If I would had known about the parking I would had parked on the street. This was not disclosed to me in any way !

DID NOT LIKE: hotel parking fee (although waived) and parking area is not covered, although room is clean but needs upgrading to look more modern and bright; hinge of the bathroom door is not properly aligned-needs some maneuvering to close the door

Very clean, very nice people, it was very busy a lot of events going on but it was really nice Blankets seemed a little dirty
