My stay here was by far one of the worst experiences. My check in time was at 4pm, I had to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready and was able to get in at 7pm. The couch inside the room was dirty with a big rip in it. Everything in the room is very outdated. The toilets didn’t flush very well. No basketball court/hoop like advertised. Not a great stay at all. Front desk staff member did not want to help me. They had 1 front desk person working on a Saturday when they were supposedly fully booked. Poor kids in the swimming pool asking for towels and the person working the front made us wait forever. It was horrible. Never will I stay here again.

Was given a room right next to the elevator and you could hear the mechanics of it in the room. Not only that but if you sat on the couch you could feel it. Called the front desk and was told nothing could be done because they were sold out. Not their fault but still a pain to hear it everytime someone used the elevator.

We arrived and the staff working the day shift was obnoxiously rude. Clearly hates his job. Our air conditioning was broken- refused to change our room until I found the “general manager” office. Luis was great and helped us out. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t better. We didn’t even stay at the hotel. The night shift staff confirmed our cancellation and refund. However, since booked through this app they need to confirm with the hotel and there’s no line to reach the front and they won’t answer emails/ messages. Nothing. Terrible. Shame on them.

The room itself was nice and clean but a few a things during the stay is keeping me from giving a 5 star review. The front desk was extremely nice and professional but may have been understaffed during check in time. I waited over 30 minutes until it was my turn. The next thing I noticed was one of the sinks was draining extremely slow. The breakfast on the first day was disappointing since they ran out of eggs and didn’t have any protein like bacon or sausages. The water in the pool was cloudy and we weren’t sure if it was safe to use. Lastly, I noticed the downstairs bathrooms weren’t cleaned. I saw trash and toilet paper rolls on the floor and had no paper towels. Looks like a nice hotel overall but I feel like I went on an off day or maybe they were understaffed while I was there. Staff was nice and helpful anytime that I spoke with them.

Nice property, staff friendly. Was disappointed with breakfast, long waits for replacement foods and beverages like pancakes, potatoes, coffee, milk. Also was shortage of staff to service needs. Only saw 1 person on duty 4 days in row. If you are going to offer it, do it right. Check in was a long process too!

We stayed in a two bedroom handicap suite. The room had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 5 (3 young adult kids) We appreciated the breakfast and the location to several grocery stores including Costco and Trader Joes. The staff were friendly and available.

My room was not the cleanest with a ripped couch and missing items from the kitchen like utensils which would have been helpful with my family of 5 Breakfast was out of something daily Ie- ”yogurt, plain bagels, hasbrowns”
-
Great customer service and very attentive. Pillows were not fluffy, they could replace or put a couple more to accommodate same comfort of one fluffy one.

I did not stay and I need a refund. There was no food and no alcohol. I was hungry so I had to leave. I did not like the attitude of the counter staff. I was there fleeing a fire near my house. We were asked to evacuate.
