Both keys we received didnt work & I had to make another trip to the front to re-scan the keys. The room we stayed was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we had to hear loud elevator noise & sound from the street all night long. I never experienced hotel room with such noise which was very disappointing, considering how much I paid for the room.

The room itself was a little worn with wear and tear, it could use a refresh. That aside the room was very comfortable and clean. The location to everything was excellent, and with the bay view rooms you couldnt beat the view. I did not interact with anyone except at check in, and I wish I remembered his name because he was incredibly nice and personable. He made check in a breeze and I enjoyed talking to him. Despite the room being worn I would absolutely stay here again.

My stay went well, i enjoyed it. Only problem was at check in. The wait time was atrocious, and despite having a reservation, the room wasn’t ready at check in.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. It was also very convenient to have Claim Jumper restaurant located on-site for meals. Overall, the combination of the great location, stunning bay views, clean accommodations, and excellent customer service made for a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego.

Very clean room and easy to talk to the front desk!! Lots of amenities and I loved running along the bay every morning

This hotel is in a convenient place close to Downtown and Little Italy. Our room had a good view of the North San Diego Bay and the cruise ship terminal.

So disappointed that the drywall of our room was falling from the ceiling on our bed. But thankful there was another room for us to move to. Unfit was at ten PM at night with two young, tired kids.

Beautiful view, room was ruff.

Bay front location and view.

Excellent location, great access to food and seaport village. Family location and comfortable rooms with a view!

lVery awesome location! However, check in llwas bad. It took until AFTER 4 before we could get into our room. We arrived @11:45 (we were able to store our luggages and walk around the harbor and eat), We met our family back at hotel at 3 and room STILL NOT ready! Faucet in our bathroom sink was broken and we could not get a good enough stream to wash our faces. There was a humming sound coming from somewhere . I checked TV and refrigerator and even turned off AC to see if they were making the humming.

Great location. Rooms are a Lil dated but clean and well maintained.

Balcony toward the roof and cigarette buds on roof right outside of balcony. Gross

The bathroom had several issues. The lighting was very poor and took a long time to turn on, and the toilet did not appear to be properly installed, as it shifted whenever I sat down. The ironing board was also unusually short—I’m 6 feet tall, and it was only about waist height, forcing me to bend over the entire time while ironing. In addition, the electrical outlet used for the iron was loose, causing the plug to repeatedly fall out and making it difficult to use. Upon arrival, I was told that I had received a room upgrade. However, after reviewing my reservation, I noticed that the room I originally booked was actually priced about $20 higher than the room I was given, which made it feel more like a downgrade than an upgrade. The staff was courteous, but the room condition and misleading photos left me disappointed. Overall, I would rate my stay 5/10.

Well located to restaurants and shops

Checkin wasn’t smooth as my room wasn’t ready at check in. Was told I would get daily credit, by the end of the stay that wasn’t on my bill and had to go ask for it. Room was clean but small. Bathroom looked run down.
