Brian st the front desk was super welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent with the cable car right out front and walkable to Oracle Park. The room was a little dark with just pendant lights and the air conditioner was a portable window unit. The AC got the job done, the room was nice and cool but it was a little loud when running.

Location is very good * The ventilation was broken, so they provided a portable ventilation unit which brought air from the outside. The air filter did not smell clean. * Hotel felt damp/mouldly but no mould was seen * Staff cleaned the hallway carpets on one of the days with a very strong chemicals, it wasn't clear if it was safe to breath.

Great location, close to Moscone Center, in downtown San Francisco. Direct BART metro from/to the airport, well connect to the public transport network (BART, Muni). Friendly, helpful stuff as well. The interior room was quite dark, and the AC was quite noisy.
