Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel

About Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel
Parc 55 San Francisco places you steps from Union Square, with sleek, contemporary rooms and some of the best downtown views in the city. This is a hotel designed for the way you actually travel—efficient, comfortable, and unexpectedly local. Start your morning at Morning Market, our grab‑n‑go for coffee and a quick bite. Rent an e‑bike from the garage and see the waterfront, the hills, and the neighborhoods on your own terms. When hunger hits, you do not need to leave the building: Kin Khao, a Michelin‑starred Thai restaurant, serves bold, authentic flavors just upstairs. For something more relaxed, Cable 55 Restaurant & Bar offers classic American fare and craft cocktails. Need a pool or a serious workout? You have full access to the outdoor heated pool and fitness center at Hilton San Francisco Union Square, just across the street. Same ownership, same Hilton standard. And yes, you can charge your meals there back to your Parc 55 room.

The fact that the room was clean, they do have a restaurant around check in in case you want to start the festivities early as well as the staff is always friendly!

Never stayed here, first time. Amazing!

I understand that these are the program’s policies, but from a guest’s perspective, it is difficult to see the real advantage of booking through Expedia if any savings are ultimately offset by the loss of loyalty benefits upon arrival. This experience has made me reconsider future bookings through Expedia, and I will most likely book directly with Hilton in order to take full advantage of the benefits offered through the Hilton Honors program. That said, I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and the clear explanation they provided regarding the situation.

Also, parking is over $90 per day and there is no other option nearby. The carpets are old and kinda gross in the rooms and hallways.

Staff is nice, rooms are ok, location is near public transit but isn't the best area. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick weekend trip
-
All very high standard, helpful staff & incredibly central location.

We arrived at the hotel and were disappointed to find that there was no parking available. As a result, we had to park quite a distance away and ended up spending an additional $100 on parking alone. When we reached our floor, there was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout the hallway, which made the environment unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, which was inconvenient. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our stay. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Be ready to pay $80 for parking and extra fees in your card for no reason, entrance of hotel is full of homeless people not very safe!

The woman who welcomed us at check in was fabulous. The corner room was great view. But the rooms themselves are quite old and tired. The water is not up to San Francisco quality. Too minute chemicals.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious pet friendly which was a nice plus, another highlight was that unlike other hotels we were able to leave bags at the concierge even after check out , it allowed for us to stroll around city at ease and not worry about that , same with valet for the car , overall was a great stay , only downside I would have to say is that the pool is across the street in another hotel so that was not convinient but i would return 100%
