Front desk service was combative. Claimed they could not make a change with the reservation, but then finally did…so they lied.

Night Staff was friendly! Room was immaculate. Breakfast service was disappointing. The tables were full of people with empty plates and we were turned away and told we had to make to-go plates. Recommend the staff ask people to leave the dining area once they’re done eating.

Clean room, great value, would stay again!

When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. The hotel offers parking which was a bonus. We walked up to the Fillmore, about 3/4 of a mile, so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to many restaurants and bars, and not too far from the Fillmore. Free, safe parking and a decent full breakfast. Rooms are newly renovated. Does not apply

Everything was amazing.

The only thing I really like was the breakfast that was it I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The parking situation was a complete nightmare—there was nowhere near enough space for guests, and I had to waste a lot of time just trying to find a spot. It was incredibly frustrating and poorly managed. On top of that, the room was lacking basic necessities. There were no soaps provided, which is something you expect as a bare minimum when staying at any hotel. It made the whole stay feel cheap and neglected. The surrounding area was also very uncomfortable, with a noticeable homeless presence all around the property, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, badly organized, and far from what I expected. I was extremely disappointed with my stay and will definitely never return.

Good hotel, free parking and breakfast which is a plus hard to find in San Francisco.

Clean rooms

The room was clean, but did smell musty and stale. The parking although listed is very limited and not enough for every room. The breakfast was edible, I’ve been to other Best Western Inns and was much more impressed. Lastly the area is not the greatest, but did not have any issues. Although I sound negative, for the price and need I would stay there again, but wouldn’t vacation there.

Rooms were clean everything was wonderful, parking is a bit of a struggle but not to bad

Complimentary breakfast was great! Room was spacious and clean, only a 10 minute walk from the venue we were going to. Would stay again!

Comforter had stains on it, there was a bottle cap left behind on the floor by the door, there were dirty fingerprint smudges on the ceiling and walls. Parking is free, but AWFUL. There's probably about 6 parking spots total and you have to maneuver around a pole in the "parking garage". The area is not great, there was a lot of people hanging out outside being loud all night. You need to be buzzed in to the reception area. The elevator is extremely slow. Free breakfast offer was the basic bagels and juice. Yes the hotel looks newly renovated, but we will not be returning.

There's underground parking available that I wasn't aware of. Good to know for the next time

The parking situation is wonderful for the neighborhood that the hotel is located. We had a function close by, and the hotel and parking situation felt very secure
