excellent view, super nice and safe location.

My only complaint is how tight the corners are in the parking garage other than that to state was excellent

Everything was great. I only wish our bathroom was a bit bigger but the view was amazing.

The room is kind of old furniture with a smell and the air conditioning is functional but a little bit noisy. The staff in the front desk is very friendly. Also I really like the breakfast because there are many kind of items for people to pick.

We also asked the front desk for bottled water and were told none was available, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. Additionally, the parking garage is extremely tight and can be difficult to navigate, especially with a larger vehicle. The location was convenient, but some updates and better attention to guest amenities would make for a much better experience.

Property was great except the parking

Location was so central, staff were lovely, efficient check in and check out. Very clean and beds were so comfortable

No refrigerator in rooms. Exorbitant security deposit. Very small pillows. Dirty carpet.

Everything was older in the rooms abd defitnly could use a refresh if they are charging that much a night as well no mini fridge either Very disappointed

Breakfast included. No AC but didn't need it. Some sink holes near hotel.

Excellent location, clean and helpful staff. Parking well priced for sf, but difficult to get in and out of. Breakfast good, lots of food.

Parking was a tight fit

Older property. Rooms a bit outdated. Bathroom facilities definitely needs updating.

Check in was great, parking was expensive but accessible, room bathroom was very small, breakfast was fantastic, staff was fantastic. We had the two queen beds. The bathroom with one bedroom had a bigger bath.

Great location! Some traffic noise. Staff very friendly. Checkout at noon is nice.

I loved the location, the view, comfort, the ease of transportation nearby. The reception is wonderful I didn't like the breakfast very much, there could be more varieties.

Great location! Friendly staff. Decent breakfast but have to get there early enough so you don't miss out on all the options.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back. Great free breakfast with eggs sausage and waffles and assorted muffins and juice and delicious coffee. I hope I’m saying her name correctly but Eva or Ava was so friendly and attentive when we checked in and always smiling and greeting us when we would be around the lobby.
