Room had musty smell. First person at reception was rude. Next 2 person were helpful. Top of the room ac units made so much noise

Great location, paper thin walls. The folks in the room above me were stomping, running, and dropping things on the floor every day from 8pm to 11am. Didn’t get more than an hour of sleep any of the 4 nights I stayed. Hopefully you get lucky and have respectful guests above you!

Not a whole lot for what I paid for. It was not a close to the wharf as it was advertised. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The staff was less than cordial and acted like we out them out just being there. For what I paid for the room I would expected a lot better condition.

Very nice place. Hidden from traffic and the bustle of the businesses next door. Clean, affordable and very well taken care of. Great staff too. Check-in was quick and easy. Would stay again and recommend.

Very dated hotel, yet clean and a good area.

Close to Fisherman;s Wharf NO FRIDGE, NO MICROWAVE we had to throw our expensive meal the next day because of no refrigerator!!! Parking fee each day is one reason why I am very resisting of this hotel but this hotel was bit cheaper than other hotel during the time of booking. Therefore I left unhappy and will book elsewhere.

DON’T PARK HERE! We stayed here along with our friends and it’s $25 to park I. The lot. The next morning we found the back window in our car busted out and our friend had 2 widows very badly cracked. 24 hour attendant in office said he heard nothing although we were parked very near the office. Security cameras do not work and parking lot lights in that area not on.

Meltable cars got broke in to be careful. Take your stuff into your room

Close walking proximity to nearby restaurants and markets. Too busy and loud to get restful sleep. No mini-fridge to keep drinks cool. No smart TV to stream movies and apps. PARKING CHARGE PER DAY$25.

Well, we did not appreciate that our family went to visit us at the hotel in San Francisco a few hours and the front desk charged them $25 for parking. We did not even have a car, so it was not like we were taking up 2 parking's or they were stay overnight. As much as we payed for the few days were there, we would figure it would be ok to go out for dinner with the family for a few hours.
