Good stay. Nice staff. Good location.

It is an OK place, give you a feeling of a motel.

Dirty towels, and not a safe location for walking during the night.

There was dust everywhere. Filters for HVAC were full. I cleaned them. One drawer was missing the bottom. Coffee machine was filthy. I bought instant coffee. They pgave out shampoos with zero conditioners. Stuff peeling off the walls in bathroom. And the prices changed due to a conference in town I was told.

The hotel was ok, not to many parking spots ,neighborhood a litle creapy to many homeless not safe to go around at night

The price. I have stayed here many times but this was the last straw. The cleaning staff is rude. I asked for extra towels several times and never received any. The lock on my door broke and it took the staff over an hour to find the master key which they could not figure out how to use. Finally, I was able to get the key to work myself. I was told I needed to switch rooms and would not have to pay for that night because of all the trouble (and I’m down playing it). The next day the two people who told me I would not have to pay said they never said that and I was charged. I was a loyal customer but now I won’t go back again. It’s no longer worth the trouble.

Room was unclean. Covered in dust from top to bottom. Extremely loud, metal carts going through the hallway in the middle of the night, police raiding the room over. Never again!!!!!!
