The Row Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Nice place

Virtual check in process was super easy and we are grateful our room was ready before the usual check in time of 4pm. It is super close to Santana Row, about a mile, so it was convenient to go explore that area and then have a quick drive back. Someone near us had a pet so we heard a dog barking a good part of the night but once we turned on the fan noise it was drowned out. Also sounded like someone was having a dance party in the room above us lol. For a quick night in the area though before going to the airport this place was great.

Great value for access to Santa Row based companies and the highway to elsewhere. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The only negative is that it takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water from the sink or shower, which is mildly annoying. In any case, this is my go-to hotel for my monthly treks to Silicon Valley.

Big bed. Easy tv. Close to freeway. Loud booms in morning. No pet area.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, (in an attached garage). The free breakfast was typical of hotel offerings. Santana Row for shopping and dining is very nice. The shops are high end.

Room was decent not what I expected for the price that I paid, parking was amazing, air conditioning work great, the virtual agent was kind of complicated. Check in was a hassle. The lobby area is well maintained. It very noisy.

Breakfast items were mostly empty. No staff around to ask for more. No decaf coffee available. Breakfast was a 2 star

Upon arrival I received a room which had not been cleaned there was a slept in bed and a used champagne bottle in there. Didn't see the maid service and the room was never cleaned.... Needs to do some hiring

Room was decent. There's no real front desk person. No way to contact the desk from the room. Hotel is dated and you can tell.

Great stay.

We really enjoyed the king-size room with the Jacuzzi size bathtub. It had an amazing blue light district vibe and high voltage crown mold ceilings made me feel like I was in royalty. And my girlfriend really enjoyed herself lol There was nothing bad to say about this property
