The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking throughout the historic district. My only complaint, and Aloft is not the only chain that I’ve had this issue with, but the hard surface floors don’t appear to be cleaned with any regularity. Leave your shoes on in the room if you don’t want your socks to turn black. The friendly staff made up for that though. :)

The hotel and staff were excellent! From the lobby, to the pool, to the housekeeping and the valet parking. The customer service was exceptional! The check-in and check-out was smooth and easy and I would like to thank Tawna for patiently listening to my little complaint about some inconsidedate guests that was blasting their music at 4:30 in the morning at the outdoor sitting area which was by our room and the security took action right away as soon as I called to let them know. I appreciate them so much for that!

One nite stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms n common areas. Love staying here.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Just wish they had more choices to eat like microwave meals so you didn’t have to order out after a long trip.

We flew into Savannah in the evening, wanted to explore the historical down town district, talked to the staff and they allowed us to check out the next morning, stow our luggage in the trunk at valet parking and tour the area and we could come back for our rental car anytime that day, was so convenient as there is not very much parking in that area.

I liked the updated atmosphere and the breakfast options. Elevator was always dirty.

Clean, good location, confortable Pay valet parking! It is ridiculous
-
Minimal to say the least. Fine for an overnight, not good for any longer. No chair in room and 1 small hanging rail. Bedroom and bathroom floors were lifting away causing a trip potential.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Savannah, GA, and while the rooms themselves were stylish and comfortable, several issues made my stay disappointing. Parking was the first surprise — valet only, at **$48 per night**, with no self‑parking or alternative options. That’s extremely expensive, and it wasn’t made clear beforehand. I also spoke with the manager, Eric, who told us he would apply a discount. After checking my account, I realized I was still charged the full price. That was frustrating and felt misleading. On top of that, my room was leaking water from the rain. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party. That shouldn’t matter — my payment went through without any issue, so the level of service should be the same. The hotel itself is nice, but between the unexpected parking costs, the unhonored discount, and the lack of support when my room was leaking, the experience fell short of what I expected.

The place was great and so close to everything we wanted to do.
-
good location and staff were helpful. I did not like that the hot water took a long time to reach the shower.
-
The hotel is very nice. It’s located conveniently to to trolley station. Would stay there again.

We had to call to have our rooms recleaned. The pool was murky and was never cleaned. The staff was friendly, but the valet kept losing people’s keys and had difficulty finding cars. Traveling here with kids was really difficult. With the exception of the staff, the stay was not worth the money.
