The hotel was exceptional. It seemed very clean. The staff was super nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. I knew it was close to the mall but was surprised to find out the mall is right behind this hotel. Great location. Close to Target and Whole Foods also. The only thing I didn't like was the room key was a little difficult for me to scan to get the door open.

Overall great place to stay. The thermostat in my room had issues and would not stop changing to a different temperature. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was perfect during our stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. The location is also very convenient with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. 10/10 service!

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Great shower! Huge bathroom, plenty of space. I wish I could buy the shampoo and lotion. Excellent location just steps from the mall and many great restaurants. Highly recommend. We've stayed twice and will go back.
