Let’s just get to it …rooms were great, staff was great, location in downtown south bend was very central. Salleigh at guest check-in went above and beyond for us (on more than one occasion!) I’ll be back and this place is good for business travel or families. Thanks!

Within walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Lobby was a great spot to hang out with family. Loved the hot water and hot coffee available 24/7 also.

Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the past decade, possibly 2 decades. I will never stay again, voluntarily at another Aloft ever again. I will also never stay at that facility again.

The room wasn't the cleanest, I was bitten by a ants or a spider housekeeping was slow, the bar was close at 11pm on a SAT. I didn't enjoy my stay!

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The lobby was cute and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast and playing pool in the lobby. The bedroom and bathroom were updated and pleasant. Not sure if it was because we were on the 11th floor, but the water for the shower didn’t get that hot. The hot water in the lobby for tea also wasn’t very hot. We also got put in the wrong room. We were supposed to be in a nicer room. Thankfully, because I told the front desk the next day, they gave us a refund, and comped our breakfast. But otherwise we would’ve been charged for a room we didn’t get.
