Our room had a broken air conditioner but they did bring in a portable air cooler, it was just really loud. Having two hot tubs and a brewery attached to it was a definite plus and it was in a great location where we could scooter or walk to both shops and the lake. There were also plenty of options for parking.

Perfect stay in South Lake Tahoe- clean rooms, comfy beds, great staff, coffee house was excellent, Tesla chargers, proximity, and beach passes.

It’s an older hotel but very well maintained. Very charming and it’s fantastic that they have on site eateries.

Loved the outdoor space with fire pits, activities and live music. Great place to enjoy time with family! The front desk was very welcoming and helpful, too.

We stayed in this South Lake Tahoe location for about 4 days and based on my experience, this property functions more as a motel than a hotel. Property features on the hotels.com website says daily housekeeping, but when you arrive, you get a text saying daily housekeeping is not offered. We are a family of 4 and I ended up taking out the garage in the room a few days. When I asked about housekeeping, they said it was by request only. I requested it and no one came the following day. We stayed in the family room and walls near the bunk bed were filthy. The balcony appeared to have some dry rot and rust. The room was stuffy and we had to run a loud free standing AC unit to cool down the room. The shower was TINY. There were disgusting smells coming from the nearby restaurant and the stairs and hallway to get to the room were dirty and not well maintained. Overall not the experience I expected to have from a high rated 3 star hotel. Even the stock pictures are misleading - they display pics from their other locations.

We were in unit 201 right above the coffee shop so at 6 AM you could hear them talking and getting ready to open. There is no body wash in the shower. But it’s a nice area with a nice outdoor.

Window a/c and ceiling fan super loud. Room could use a deep clean due to very dusty. New towels since they were ripped up dingy. Great location though.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The room is quaint and well kept. The outside of the property is a little run down but doesn’t affect the experience.

The room is clean but not well equipped our room doesn’t have microwave while the other room same as ours have one. We requested in advance that the rooms we booked to be beside each other but was told that there are no standard room and family room that are beside each other only to find out that my sister in law’s standard room who arrived the next day was put in a room beside the other family room. Limited parking. Location is close to everything.
