Room was good and clean but blinds were almost broken and air conditioner outer body was falling apart. Manager was super helpful very nice lady.

proximity to casinos, updated fixtures/decor. had needed amenities. clean & comfortable. heater worked. text communication , easy checkout. parking was close to rooms I personally don't like- contact less check-in. I prefer good customer service. The double check-in and early- before 2pm was inconvenient and somewhat confusing.

In my opinion, everything is okay. The bedding is quite dusty and smells. The TV isn't connected to cable.

Unfortunately it was a negative experience. Keep in mind they do not have late check-ins. I arrived later than expected and the login code had expired. Perhaps it would be useful to add an alert on the main booking page that a location does not accept late check ins. Thank you for your attention.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room had three beds which was great for our needs. The hotel was very close to casinos and restaurants. Couldn’t be happier with everything!

The room was beautiful and renovated, perfect space for a family of 5 (including children). Clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay!

Staff was great and Amy was very helpful and went out of her way to help us on our check in day. Place was close to many places and voucher to the beach was great and helped save money.

We love this hotel! Its not super fancy but, absolutely serves its intended purpose and is clean, comfortable, quiet and is in walking distance of both the lake and downtown excitement! The 3 bed rooms are great for our family at a reasonable price! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful.

Nice remodeled room, great price, great mattress, and friendly staff. One block away from Heavenly Village. The code entry was convenient and simple.
