Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks

The beds were very good and we enjoyed every part of it. We only wish that it wasn’t a grab and go breakfast but it fit for what we needed. Grateful for the stay!

It was just ok. Our bed was comfortable but our bathroom smelled like urine. Could’ve been cleaned better (for sure)

My son left his glasses in the room and they got them and took them to the UPS store for us! Very nice of them. Highly recommend!!

At check-in we were told hot breakfast was available until 9:30 on Friday. Two hours before the deadline there was nothing but yogurt and prepackaged granola bars and muffins. Nothing was replenished after the earliest guests went to work. A real disappointment for the rest of us!

Hotel was in good condition. Breakfast was 1 yogurt. A granola bar. They had oatmeal packets, but no milk. Coffeemate? I didn't try it. Coffee was good.

Once again, it has always been a nice stay each and every time when we are here, we will definitely be back when we are in the Reno area.

We have stayed at this facility multiple times and it has never failed to meet our needs, the Marina across the street is phenomenal, the Legend shopping outlets is just in walking distance, not to mention two shopping centers right outside this convenient hotel. The staff are all super attentive and helpful; if I would make any suggestion, it will be the breakfast, from the ads, it shows the breakfast includes boiled eggs, however, throughout my multiple stays, it has never been offered, so perhaps to either revise the ads, or have them available for the guests. We will definitely return no doubts.

I loved how spacious and clean the room was. The beds were a little firm, but that's about it.

The view. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. There was visible dust under the beds, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (including the walls and shower curtain), and there was an unpleasant odor in both the room and the hallways, which at times smelled like food

This is not a hotel I would recommend for a 1-2 night stay. We were provided with a bar of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo enough for 1 person and no hair dryer or any supplies for the kitchen. The sheets were scratchy and towels were like sandpaper. Also, only 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical in the gym. I began a workout and immediately was asked how much longer I would be by an older gentleman who wanted to use the treadmill. Had to get off before I finished since he was sitting on the elliptical waiting for me to be done. The staff was incredible and very friendly but this place felt cold and unwelcoming otherwise.

The bathroom lacked a toilet paper holder.
