The front desk staff was very friendly. The towels were clean but they were ragged around the edges as if they had been used a million times. The room was nice, but the area around it was noisy. The lobby was nice.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond by recommending great places to eat and fun spots to visit while we were in South Carolina. Their suggestions made our trip even more enjoyable! We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. We will definitely book here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice. Decent breakfast. Lots of seating. Pool table was nice to have with a 13 and 16 year old. Disappointed in no microwave or coffee maker in room though. That was our only negative.

Minimalist decor…so no creepy dresser drawers. Blackout shades and comfy beds for good night’s sleep. No carpeting in room …great for people with allergies. Really liked the choice of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Would stay again if in the area, all was good. The only complaint is the air conditioner is noisy.

It was great. Clean convent at a very affordable rate. Staff was super friendly also. Next time I’m in he area I will certainly stay with the “Tru” family😇❤️😇❤️

The room was very clean, they provided me with extra towels, toilet paper and pillow when I asked. I like that they had a water fountain to refill water bottles. They also gave me water bottles after checking in which was helpful

We stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. But the staff were all so friendly and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. It was great to have quiet, safe place to go while we waited for everything to dry out at home. We were particularly grateful for John, the breakfast attendant who greeted us cheerfully each morning and offered his care and encouragement about our situation. I will send friends and family to this hotel when they need a place to stay in the future. The only thing that could possibly make it better would be pool access. 😊
