From the outside the property at the moment looks very tired and run down - it is going through a refurbishment. The rooms, whilst not 4-5 star, were clean, spacious, well presented. The bed was comfortable The bathroom a good size; good shower. An easy walk to supermarket, Starbucks . Noisy aircon No bath gel only soap No light curtain only the black out; so when open people walking along verandah can see straight in

No breakfast WiFi was terrible, Bathroom was not very clean they barely came to clean up my room while I was gone… I saw a roach in the bathroom and my Friend got hit by a spider . Everything!!!!

nothing Office charged my credit card and told booking.com I was a no show. Was working with general manager to receive refund. A week later she said owner refused to refund my monies and she was tired of how he treated customers and she quit. So sad. I should of known better. Owner did this once before to me for over 200.00. We hag checked in, toilet didn’t work. Went down stairs and told staff. She said there was no other rooms. We went a few doors do n and got a room. when i returned right back and spoke to her all of a sudden there is a room available. I said just paid for another room. I tried disputing charges with credit card but the owner refused even though I had all my dicumentation. JESUS DOESNT LUKE UGLY. This owner will get what he deserves. Karma is a butch. DO THE RIGHT THING MR. OWNER. we used to stay there all the time, but you lost our business and I will continue to tell everyone I know not to come there. That you are not a fair business man. Booked for New Year's Eve, got there at 10:30 pm or so, and was told that "oh, someone else is already in your room, and we have no other rooms available, oh well, what are you going to do?" Had to scramble to find another place to stay. Was charged anyway, and was only able to get a refund after calling Expedia Customer Service. The upside was that the place looked decent in pictures but not great at all in person, so we might have dodged a bad stay anyway.

We couldn’t even check in and had to leave and we have not gotten a refund. Total trash hotel in an unsafe area. Do not stay here
