The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very nice very clean. I did ask for a make up and did not get it. Pretty sad when your help doesn’t do with the people want.

Door to bathroom did not close it was stuck at attem to close and the internet connection did not work on the left side facing the TV

No pool - just like a wading pool. I also like coffee pot in my room so I don't have to get dressed immediately in the morning to run to the lobby.

It was very conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants and true walking distance to the Tropicana. The staff was great and the real convenience store on the ground floor was definitely a plus. Parking is limited and expensive but the valet system they use is great. You can contact the valet before leaving the room, via text to have your car ready. As the saying goes, It's all about location, location, location.

Had a staycation in town and picked this hotel. Every was as advertised and plenty to do within walking or short travel distance. Breakfast was a bonus to have on site. Parking was a bit expensive for valet but at the right time can find free parking on the street. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Hotel was very quiet.

Woman who checked us in was fine, but the young man at the front desk this morning was a bit rude. He implied that I was trying to skip out on paying for the valet parking, even though I had my car back, and told the attendant I was checking out. Plus, the hotel had my credit card on file!

Convent and up to par except the 1 elevator was down. 1 elevator was not working.

Had a very late check for my family to sleep and shower. The rooms were clean and tge complimentary breakfast was pretty good which was a plus. I would just say the rest of the hotel needed a little more upkeep. Other than that very pleasant stay for my family of 7. Plus convenient connecting rooms.
