convenience to downtown.

Room doesn’t smell fresh. Elevator and room seem older than it’s actual a

This hotel is in a really great location. Minutes walk from restaurants and bars. When I got to the room though it wasn’t very clean, it smelled moldy and the carpet seemed dirty and wet. After looking up reviews, it appeared that was a common complaint. I didn’t want to bother switching rooms in case I ended up with something worse. I was really only there at night anyways. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location for Downtown ST Pete, lots of local restaurants and bars. Lots of entertainment close by.

The pool is small given the size of the property. There is a swim beach nearby, but not within waking distance if you've got small kids. The area around the hotel is lovely & there's a grocery across the street if you need anything. On-site convenience shop is expensive ($7 for a regular size candy bar). Many of the restaurants in this area are on the pricier side, so if you have a tighter budget and a car, suggest driving a few miles to eat.

Everywhere else you find a coffee machine in your bedroom and coffee at the lobby in the morning. Not here...but you can buy a regular black coffee for $5.30 plus tips... The bathroom was dirty and the shower not functioning properly.... Definitely not my best experience

Rooms smell mildewy and have mold in the bathroom. Very outdated but change an arm and the leg for everything even one pure life Nestle water is $3 . Come on Hilton. When issue brought to staff they kindly dismissed all my complaints and said those are their “ Hilton standards” There is plenty of newer hotels in area so pick carefully. I would never step my foot in this “ hotel” agan.

Our TV was not working waited 45 minutes for some to come fix it. I will say the gentlemen that came to fix the TV was very nice. We were not impressed with the hotel for the price & the room.
-
Our room was absolutely filthy. I have pictures of how disgusting it was. The carpet was stained and so were the lampshades. Not a Hilton we would visit again

The parking was terrible and the valet was expensive

Room and bed were quite comfortable. Hotel staff was very accomodating.

Worst experience

Not too bad, but not quite as nice for the price. The bathroom was also not ventilated and mold was growing. An elevator was also out, which made the wait a bit longer each time to catch an elevator. Staff was very nice though.

The cleaning staff respected the Do Not Disturb sign and stayed out. The pillows and bed were very soft and comfortable. There is a back gate with key access that leads to Publix, which is an amazing advantage. We were automatically charged an extra $500 for valet which we did not use (we only used valet for a couple of hours on the first day, and switched to using the public garage near by after that - SouthCore public parking garage at Pinellas Trail and 1st St S). Valet is $45 per day, public garage is $16 per day. I called the front desk to fix the extra charge, and the agent tried to pass the buck, saying that it's a 3rd party booking and that booking.com can take care of that. After some pressure, he agreed that he is the only one who can fix the problem, and he easily refunded the extra $500 that were charged by mistake.

Great location. Easy to walk most places. Lots of dining options close. If you are a soccer fan, Rowdies stadium is right across the street
-
Really nice city vibes, family loved the stay. 20 mins from Clearwater/ treasure island beach highly recommend

The only thing that I could even say is aggravating is the front door needs to be updated but everything else is excellent!

The room stank, the carpet was sticky and the room was very humid. We were given incorrect information from the staff and threw out a bunch of food due to their misinformation that there were no microwaves on site. We later found several microwaves on the first floor. At checkout, the valet fee was put on one credit card after we specifically requested wanting to pay the valet on a separate card when we checked in. The elevators stopped working and we had to use the stairs, including my elderly mother, which was very difficult for her. We definitely won’t be staying at this location again.

The staff was awesome!. Very helpful and very nice. With that said, the place is kind of a dump for a Hilton. In our 1-bedroom, the bedroom was where the living room should be, and the main room was where the bedroom should have been. You can clearly tell this, and it just did not look right. The view from the room was great, though.

Hotel was good, with the exception that elevators weren’t working f
