I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean, and the staff were very attentive, including the front desk receptionist. The breakfast was different every day and absolutely delicious. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first one where laundry was free, which was a great bonus. The only thing I would change is the pool—it feels a bit small for such a large hotel. However, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, and a great experience.

It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular.

Our stay was amazing. We came in for a baseball game. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel is they put you on a waiting list to check in instead of just giving us our rooms.

Staff, cleanliness and amenities were great! The room did have tears in a chair, cracked flooring, dented furniture and only cold water for shower.

The Staff was so Friendly and Helpful. The pool area was really nice. Everyone out there seemed to have a great times adults spoke to each other, it was very inviting. The breakfast Buffet had all kinds of options hot and cold offerrings. The ONLY minor issue was the parking. But still found a spot and it all worked out!
