Big Hotel casino & and no water refill machine? Asked luggage carrier "he said I can refill water in a room" Tap water? Toilet water? shower water? No Way!!!

There were two full bathrooms! One with a tub/shower, one with a walk in shower!

It is an old facility that needs updates, but the location is awesome! We really liked the fact that our room had 2 bathrooms and the bedroom was spacious. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable & our neighbors had their music blasting.

I really enjoyed how close it is to concert venue and restaurants. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the rooms were hot. The table in the room had not been wiped down.

The temperature inside was cool and not hot like some hotels and casinos No hot water for the shower,got stuck in the elevator and the steakhouse wasn’t open on Sunday or Monday.

Finally, the sofa in our room had noticeable stains that were …. Disgusting.

Good location. We had a very large and quiet room. The staff was helpful. The only minus is the confusing parking situation behind the hotel. We had to circle the property several times. The 20 Dollar parking fee should be included in the resort fee in my opinion.

You were right there for nightlife you had bars you could go across the street and enjoy music. You can enjoy music there. I had no dislikes

location was great, views were amazing Cleanliness - we found an old fork on the floor of our room. My towel had an unsettling stain on it.

Location, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Many areas were under construction. Half of the machines on the floor were being serviced and the arcade in the tunnel between Harrahs and Caesar republic was kind of sketchy with all of the construction going on (exposed cieling wires and pipes, lots and lots of tarps, etc)
