BBq"s dirty and empty of propane. The kitchen sink leaked all over the floor for 3 days before getting fixed. The ice maker leaked all over the inside of the refrigerator and all my food for 24 days. The kitchen light switch wouldn't turn off for a week, so I had to stuff a room key in it to turn off. Laundry facilities became not available due to construction.

Very comfortable and clean and had great amenities. I love that they let you borrow kitchen appliances. Only confusing thing was how the stove and timer were interconnected. Regardless, very comfortable and the shower also works great and they have the bottles of body wash and shampoo installed in the shower. Air conditioning also works great. The staff was also cool for the most part.

Amazing experience very clean hotel a friendly staff

Good location -- just a short drive to AZ Mills Mall, for comfortable walking. Good fitness center in this hotel and fine laundry room. Comfy bed, good shower in this mobility unit with grab bars and a bit lower tub edge. Non-working bathroom sink plug was fixed promptly. Adequate TV and wifi and parking all around the building. Toaster, crock pot, coffee grinder, and even toaster oven available -- but bring your own can opener. Only one suggestion for improvement: when a room is not going to be cleaned more than once in a week, it would be nice to provide a simple toilet brush. At least fresh towels are available for pick up as needed. We'll be back!

Expedia should’ve told me that this was a long stay hotel. I did not have maid service. There was no ice machine or any kind of beverage you could buy on the premises. I asked for a coffee shop because the coffee in the room did not have any kind of cream with it. They supplied nothing. They told me there was no coffee shops. I found one about a half a mile away. The people were pleasant who were on the staff. However, I was on vacation and I wanted a vacation hotel not a long stay hotel. This should have been in the listing on your site.

I can’t complain about a thing. It was clean, everything needed to cook in the room, softest bed ever! It was quiet and the pool was clean!

Kichtenette was a little dated, but appliances were super clean. AC filter was spotless as well. Pool & hottub good. Overall simple room & hotel but nice and clean! Good value for your money.

The atmosphere was off and felt cold. If it was more inviting i would come back but as of today, i wouldn't recommend staying here.
