Too crampy and so many things

Great location, short walk to Takadanobaba station. Facilities were way more modern than I thought - excellent bathroom and shower given how small the room is. A/C worked fine, beds were fine.

The building and facilities are fantastic The immediate neighborhood has a rat problem, not a lot of them but I did see 2 during my stay.

Nothing really. The building is in an alley around the corner that can be tricky too find when you come from the station. A big rat greeted us on our way in. lol . Dont be afraid. I named him Leonard.

A quiet area, near the train station with lots of food options (average price) and convenience stores.

Location was a little further from Tokyo's main sights.

I liked how it had a wash. Drying in the shower made it really cool. The size but it was great for the price

It is very close to Takadanobaba station which is very convenient, and everything was clean. It is very small. I lived on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, so the walk up at the end of a long day kills me a little. If you want to live here, don’t bring more than a backpack.

Clean, great location, convenient store in 1’ and nice local area. A bit small for people with a lot of luggages

The only downfall was that there was no lift. Other than that, it was a great place .

Close to train station. Bathroom sink was awkwardly positioned and nowhere to hang towels or clothes. Toilet bowl and tight spaces beside it need a thorough clean as it is dirty and smells of urine. Three single beds took up 70 percent of the living space so was very difficult to move around the room without bumping into each other. Lack of space to store luggage in the room. No lift so expect to carry your luggage up flights of narrow stairs. Noise from passing trains was bearable with windows closed.

Location, bathroom, quite neighborhood, autonomy, appliances. The air conditioning was not working properly. Slight noise was produced from the trains passing by.

value for money. It's a place to sleep and recharge. nothing more, nothing less. Room is tiny compared to pictures, which was a bit of surprise.

There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up. The hotel is very close to the train tracks so you feel and hear trains going past. Definitely bring a sound machine.
