Friendly staff. Quiet. Old Southwest Charm

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but needed a deep cleaning. No place to charge phone/pads because plug ins were broken. Could be a great place to stay with some sprucing up.

The check in staff was very friendly and welcoming..the food service was clean and organized..they were always in good spirits..the maids were always smiling and welcoming..the grounds were clean and maintained..that shows signs of good management which is the general manager Mr. Jay..very helpful and accommodating and generous..I've been there numerous times and ill always go back..and also the Monday breakfast was yummy..better than the scrambled eggs..the cheesy eggs and bacon are the way to go..thank you each one of you for all that you do..it is a nice get away from the chaos out there in the streets..see you next time

Clean, Beds are comfortable, Just room was bit dark.

My room didn’t have a working tv in it, as they just installed direct tv boxes but missed mine. I could have asked for a nee room but really didn’t feel like it at that point. The breakfast was wonderful, hot bfast with waffles eggs potato’s and either sausage or bacon. Lots of choices for cereal, bagel, muffins, and yogurt too. Lots of towels in the room and staff was open to help. Tv was the only hiccup!

I needed to be in that area. Easy to locate and fresh and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Older property but has a lot of charm. It was a fine property.

We really enjoyed our stay as we have stayed there several times in the past month however when we went down to grab breakfast there were no more potatoes or muffins and when we asked for more the guy said it was too close to breakfast being over so basically too bad and to come earlier next time which was sad. After the 3 of us arrived for breakfast about 5 others came in and also were upset to find no potatoes or muffins. We got to breakfast around 910-915 and breakfast ends at 930. We have never had a problem with food in the past visits so this left a sour taste in my mouth.

Location, close to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. Plenty of restaurants close by. Facility needs work. Paint peeling of mirrors and walls in bathroom. Bathroom door frame damaged. Hair (not mine) in clumps on tile floor. Poor lighting in room.

Extended our stay at this hotel because it was a great location for our needs.

The property was nice, especially considering the price. Great location. Front office staff super kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. We will stay again when we come back to visit!

Location. Courtyard ambiance Only thing I did not like was lack of tv channels. Dish guide showed many channels but only got a handful, and those were awefull

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Breakfast was delicious specially on Memorial Day! As we arrived the hotel room was smelling like pets were there, so we weren’t super excited about it, but the smell soon disappeared. The pool had great temperature and staff clean and maintains it all pretty clean. It almost feels like a hidden “forest romantic” gem with the pine trees in the courtyard. When you first arrive and park you would never guess from the outside how the interior has a total different vibe!

The location was good for us! The pool and hot tub was amazing for my daughter. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was awesome. I will return.
