Super clean, my go to when in downtown Tucson but, the pool is only 3ft and the elevator is slow and you need the room key to operate it. The room keys card reader hardly reads! Several other guests had the same thought. I'll keep staying there though!

It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. So clean, so updated, everything functioned perfectly and it was quiet. I could not ask for a better experience.

The only takeaway was when I asked for a bottle of water, I was told I could buy a bottle for $3.00 after refusing I called back to let her know that I was a Rewards member and was told I could come back downstairs for a complementary bottle of water. By then it was my bedtime.

Hotel has really good location in the downtown. It is nice, modern and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

I like that is was close to the University of Arizona, where my son is staying and downtown activities. Love the balcony area with the pool. The hot water for tea could have been warmer for breakfast.
