What a fantastic hide-a-way! We only stayed overnight, but would have loved to stay longer. This place was fantastic - will definitely stay here again!

The included breakfast buffet far better than those out-of-the-box cheap breakfast buffets at most places. I was really surprised. Room clean, housekeeping prompt, mini frig. We used the pool and Jacuzzi every day.

The lodge on the desert was everything I hope for and more. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I come back to Tucson.

Some of the positive things: The location was good, next to shopping, dining and activities. It has Southwest charm. The grounds were pretty. The pool and hot tub area was nice, albeit a little run down. On the downside: The Internet was poor and only worked about 10% of the time. It would randomly disconnect in the middle of me doing online projects for work. During a rainstorm, water started leaking through the wall, near the top of the door. We had to call twice about it. The first time, nothing happened, even though they said they’d send someone. The second, their solution was to bring towels to set on the carpet, which were quickly soiled and never replaced. There also was a lightbulb out at our bedside and the sink faucets leaked. Finally, our keys stopped working before the checkout time, which made loading our car difficult. Overall, might not be worth the cost.

The Lodge has a lot of character and the rooms are well appointed. The onsite restaurant is low key and very enjoyable. The pool is great for lap swimming. Nothing.

Awesome grounds and beautiful room Loved everything

It was a very nice place. Enjoyed the non-hotel atmosphere. More of an individual casita feeling.

Very good value. Clean. Center of town.

The place is great the only problem was no air was ever left on in room so when we checked in at 930 at night it was miserable hot we didn’t cool off till about 11 at night room was just way to hot

Great value. Nice room size. And very clean. Didn’t have bath towels in our room.

This is the first time we have stayed there in over 20 years. They have really expanded it since then. The facility is great and the staff were really nice! Main part about the stay was my wife really enjoyed it also. You know, happy wife, happy life. We will plan on staying there again in the future.

It was all terrific, including an excellent restaurant!

Lovely property, centrally located. Beautiful landscape on the inside of the gardens. We booked a casita, and while lovely (big/clean/modern but with character), it was a very long walk from the parking, and with many bags and over 100 degrees heat, we ended up changing rooms (massive downgrade) - close to parking lot, but could hear street/traffic noise and people working on the room next door. The pool is very small, water is way too cold, and definitely could use some TLC, didn’t feel inviting or relaxing. Always out of fresh towels. Few comfy chairs and 2 large day beds. Wish there were ice machines somewhere on the property. Ice was only available in the lobby (had to ask each time). The Restaurant within the hotel was ok, decent option if you’re staying in. Overall good stay, but with a few misses. Hotel has daily housekeeping, which was an unexpected plus, since many hotels do not offer it anymore.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. Ordered a salad from the restaurant…. It was not very good. Just a bowl of lettuce .

Just stayed overnight. Chose this hotel for its proximity to Banner Hospital. The bed was kind of hard.
