First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed.

While the room was slightly aged/tired, the location relative to the airport was fantastic, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was top notch. Comfortable bed.

Room was clean. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Hotel was pretty close to everything. The ADA rooms only have a king bed with a sofa bed. I had requested a roll in shower and was in a room with a tub and was not handicapped accessible for my father. I did ask the front desk and they stated they had no rolI in showers at all. I had to request a shower chair however it was difficult to use due to the chair not fitting very well in the tub.
