Room was not cleaned well and refrigerator did not work. Nothing was offered except to change rooms after we had already unpacked family.

The room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was filling with sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. The staff members were very attentive. Very comfortable stay while my mom was in the hospital.

Helped at our door with our keycard that stopped working, also came later with a plunger and fixed our slow flushing toilet! The staff during happy hour was nice. Breakast was hot and delucious. What a very nice, clean hotel.

Very professional and excellent customer service. Restaurants and coffee shops all over the area. Rooms are very large. Always stay here will traveling through.

I really wish there was a metric in the app for the “shower experience/bathroom” they vary so much. Most of the time it’s weak water pressure. This time it was the inability to get cold water. Not fun brushing my teeth with warm water. And I enjoy a cold rinse in the shower, I find it invigorating and it jump starts my day!

We really liked the back patio with the view of the pond. We picked the property because of the pool, but we're told after check in it was closed. Very disappointing. The breakfast was ok, but the sausage was like rubber.
