There is some wear and tear on the property but overall clean and acceptable. Breakfast was good with a good selection of items.

Room was nice and spacious (suite). Definitely could use an update though. Some of the walls were dented with missing pieces and the tv did not work.

The staff could have been better when asked for extra towels and wash cloths. Instead of bringing them to the room was made to go to the office to grab them. Any other room I booked they were brought to me.

Our assigned room was a bad experience. We asked to be placed in a room away from the highway so we could get a "good nights rest". Well, our room (168) was right next to the laundry room and it was a nightmare. We heard loud noises, staff talking loudly, the washer and dryer making noise. This broke our sleep and made our experience a bad one. I will definitely be contacting management because our stay was not worth the money we paid. If Wingate can't better protect the customer experience in that room then they need to close it off. But expecting customers to deal with that is ridiculous.

Cleaning staff apparently doesn’t clean under the beds or room corners. Power strip was broken so we could not use the TV and all appliances at the same time.

Everything was amazing! The only issue I had was neighbors being extremely loud and obnoxious to almost midnight. Neither myself or my child could sleep.

My mom slipped on bathroom floor cut her head and we spent three hours in the er. We are on vacation at the beach and she hasn’t been able to enjoy the beach

The hotel was clean and adequate, but bed wasn't comfortable. We won't stay here again because the breakfast was so bad. A lot of choices but cheap sausages and no flavor to anything. Our one and done to a Wyndham.

The lady working the night shift during our stay was so so helpful. We had issues with our tv not working and she personally came to our room to get it fixed. She also got us more pillows and blankets within minutes of the request. The breakfast was great, huge variety of things offered. The only thing we missed was the hot tub it was closed for repairs but the pool was open and warm!

Staff were great and very friendly! Room was extremely humid and unable to get cooled off but was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and had everything we needed

Easy of Booking The showers/ bathroom is dirty as well as inside the actual building. you can tell this place has been around awhile and not has been to update it other than the living quarters. while not dirty on the surface. everything under and around was gross. Staff was rude and beat on my door and told me my checkout was 12 when i paid for extended stay. then desk staff mentions nothing at check out. 10/10 would not reccomend. try somewhere else
