Everything was fine

Newer hotel so clean and in good repair. Switched rooms no problem when ac not working

The room was clean and comfortable, just as advertised. The staff was also kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Exceptional

The staff was so nice, I want to stress that. The breakfast was fine, there was a good variety of options. The front area of the hotel looked very nice and clean. Our room was filthy. I was sick having my kids stay in there. I tried to keep my toddler from touching the walls that had all kinds of liquids spilled all over them and not wiped off. The white curtains had what looked like bodily fluids on them and were brown from dust. The kids socks started getting black from the floor. We didn’t use the pool because I assumed it was cleaned as poorly as the room. I wish I had spent a little more money and gone elsewhere.

I truly loved the layout of the 2 bedroom room, It allowed for each guest to have privacy and independence from each other. Hotel was in an ideal location with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast wasnot well attended to, sparse and hard boiled eggs were sitting in cloudy water. The check-in procedures weren't fully explained and the clerk was not welcoming. The rooms would be efit from an update. The pillows were too small

This was a surprisingly nice place to stay, we weren’t expecting much but the room was great - nice and spacious, clean and a nice little mini lounge. Checking in was smooth & easy, and overall good value.

I like where the location was. It was food and other things around That my room smelled like smoke when I went in there. Other than that my room was comfortable and to stay in the pool room was too hot

We recently stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights. Overall the property was pretty good but the attention to detail was lacking. To be fair, I was a hotel general manager for 15 years and I managed 2 Comfort Inn properties so I might be a little over critical. The room was pretty good but the previous maintenance patches were very visible. A chair had been used as a scratching post and was never repaired or replaced. That same chair had a cup lid down inside the cushion from a previous guest. The bed linen appeared to be in good condition. The bath linens were older and too few for two guests. I have never seen the type of shampoo and conditioner dispensers and They seemed cheap. The breakfast area was too small for the size of the property but the items were replenished in a timely matter. The overall appearance of the property was pretty good but my critical eye picked up many maintenence needed items. Give this property a try, the value for the rate was ok.

Disappointing

Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars.

The breakfast was poor at best

The room was clean enough I guess. Definitely could have been better. The door between the living room and bedroom had a door handle but no bolt so the door couldn't be closed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and they filled the gap with silicone, the beds had very lumpy mattress pads on them and the mattresses were very stained. We were only given 3 sets of towels for a room that sleeps 6. The pool was never open so we didn't get to use it. The common areas werent the cleanest. Breakfast was good. We were only there for 1 night so it wasn't a big deal, but traveling with our 4 kids we booked the hotel for specific things (like the pool) so that was pretty disappointing.
