When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!

This property needs a lot of work and a deep clean ASAP!!! Black Mold and Rust in the bathroom and shower was a big problem. My room had no working ventilation in the bathroom, so it will leave your room very humid and stank (wet towels, dirty clothes, etc.) .. this property was Pet-friendly which was one of the main reasons why I stayed. The other reason was because the price was cheap for the location, but now I know you get what you pay for, so be aware! Mostly all the Staff was friendly and accommodating.

More than helpful staff & great location

The motel is an older establishment with basic rooms. It, also, has wonderful staff members who are very accommodating, and the view is amazing! We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Fantastic location and the staff is exceptionally helpful. It’s a typical beach motel, balcony has a perfect overlook to the boardwalk and Oceanview. Thank you for our lovely stay, and hope to be back very soon. Oh and they’re pet friendly AND have a pool. Great for the price!

Clear the area and call in an F-15 Eagle squadron and just level the place so so so so so so so so so disappointing so so so so so so so so so so disappointing imagine going and buying a new vehicle in your mind as it is displayed in and portrayed only to find it in the condition like you would find something that was left to the weather the elements nature, the bugs this the that the people, the drugs this that, and have its inner turned out and spilled everywhere only to be stuffed right back in to where they spilled from but must have relief fashion. Listen if you go somewhere in the damn office has fans in three places like it’s a multifamily unit living space and it’s more stifling in the office than it is anywhere you know good and well nothing‘s been taken care of an upkeep believe everything you see and read in the comments everything and if you see that it may look or seem different than what it was in the comments it’s only because they don’t actively maintenance. The place is what one would think when someone complains about things like this and the other people read it they just keep putting more paint over the spot you kick dirt on and then more paint overtime to the spot you kicked dirt on you kicked dirt on something. They paint it and smile you kick dirt they paint and smile, even if you the dirtiest person out there I mean, you literally have anybody seen everybody seen Snoopy Charlie Brown, right we know who Linus is even if you that dirty

This property is definitely older and could use a little face lift but for the location and price it was great. It is dog friendly as well. Parking spots are a bit small and tight. This is not a luxury room by any means but I don't go to a beach to stay in a room.

Very nice crew definitely would help if someone was at desk that spoke better English I took my wife and her service dog online it said no fee one of the staff said no fee but I was still charge $60 to have her.

For what I paid I should have had a microwave and refrigerator like it said I should have. Spoke to lady at desk and she said she would move us to another room but it would have two beds when we paid for a king. So we decided to stay in the kings size room but she said she would bring us ice for our drinks we were going to put in refrigerator but she never came to our room. Definitely would stay somewhere else next time.

Easy to find on the beach. The room was clean but notice the windows needed cleaning. The staff was very helpful getting me settled. Parking was great big spaces. I would stay again.

The room was put together fast and was not very clean even from the construction crew work. The TV 📺 was off and on working and the pool was nasty.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy .... i had the bottom ocean view room and I LOVED IT !!!!!

The room was clean and the view was amazing! The woman working the desk was so helpful! Our long weekend was absolutely amazing!

It was a comfortable 2 nights. 1st floor room backdoor access to boardwalk. No fridge no micro wave. On site out door pool.

The front desk staff very friendly, the property is very old with very little or no up grades. The bath tub still had sand in it . No full size bath towel or hand wash cloth . The carpet was not vacuum and both the bed frames broken with metal pieces protruding out and my grand daughter got scratched from This peace. Thankful that we stayed out most of the day because the room was not suitable for relaxing in.

Filthy moldy bathroom, trash everywhere in hallways and stairs.

Stuff is very friendly very clean rooms great location great price
