Housekeeping every day Free parking Wifi worked well Decent price Double jet tub was nice Con: the A/C sounds like a freight train and when the wind was blowing, it sounded like a freight train with the hounds of Baskerville onboard. Front office reeked of cigarette smoke.

We really enjoy staying. Close to beach..lots of stuff to do around here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the view of the beach from.the balcony. Accesible to lots of places for dining or entertainment by trollie or walking.

I recently stayed at the Schooner Inn and had a great visit. It's the last hotel, right by Rudee Inlett. The ocean view was perfection! The designated area for surfers is right by the Inlett and you will be sure to catch them on the waves. There is also a small children's playground on that end of the beach. The room I stayed in was clean and had a big hot tub that perfectly framed the ocean view. There wash a nice kitchenette area. Fridge was small but expected. Bathroom was clean and water got hot instantly. You can tell the Inn is older. There were some minor cosmetic blemishes in the room like sloppy paint and some of the ceiling tiles were just slightly ajar. Overall extremely happy with the stay and value for the price paid. This was my first visit but definitely will not be my last!

I would say in general the schooner inn is tired and wore out. Looks like overall the hotel has been rode hard and put away wet. I would say what really upset me the most is not being informed of the impending concert coming in a couple of days that would have definitely changed my lodging location. There was no easy beach access, partial ocean view even though we were ocean front. We did on the other hand have a great view of 20 porta pottys stacked up out front, for the impending concert. I'm pretty easy going but common courtesy would have been great to know what was going on directly, even on theyre hotel property to let a possible hotel guest know before spending theyre hard earned money for a chance to relax at the beach for a day and night . Way to drop the ball Schooner Inn.

I have stayed at the Schooner Inn several times in the past 2 years traveling between Greenville, NC and Dover, DE to visit family. It is a great location and convenient to restaurants. The room is clean and very comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants is the Waterman’s Grill and is walking distance. Strongly recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and smelled great! Cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating. Access to the beach was excellent although close to the surfer section so be mindful when looking for a spot to set up.

Nice view , great local location and price

Best thing about this place is the view and the fact that it’s on the beach ! Filthy , toilets kept overflowing, flies in coffee maker and old coffee. Roach in bath tub , blood on duvet!!! Terrible! I’d never return!! I had to clean hot tub myself (which you should anyway) but it was obvious used recent even carried a smell . I’m trying to get refunded!!

The location and price were great. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were: the bathroom floor wasn’t clean; and the carpeting was damp due to humidity.

Easy parking and check in. Staff was really nice. Beautiful view and in great southern point of the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Was a nice room with a great view! Nice price! Beds were so comfortable and got a great sleep. Only suggestion I have is get bigger TVs for the rooms.
