This property was amazing. Staff was awesome and attentive. Gym was clean. They had toys at the pool. Breakfast both day was amazing and it goes to 10 AM on the weekends.I will most definitely be booking this again for my Legoland trips.

This was my first time staying at BWP, and it exceeded my expectations! The Staff was amazing, especially Donna. She checked us in upon our arrival, even though we arrived a bit early. The rooms were very clean! The amenities were great! Family friendly environment. The breakfast was so much better than the normal “continental breakfast” at other hotels. First time staying and I’m sold! I will definitely return!

Pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. We used it one night then came back the following evening and it was full of bugs, leaves, and hair. The lady serving breakfast on Monday morning 6-15 needs to do a further quality inspection. The food was Luke warm. The tater tots were cold, the warming stations upon closer inspection weren’t even turned on. The flat eggs were disgusting, and the breakfast sausage tasted like it was on its 5th day of microwave reheating. The tater tots were horrendous. I spit them out and threw away the plate. Coffee station was unique and you did get a nice brew from the machine everytime. On the first night we thought it was odd that the front desk clerk put out a sign that said she was on break for 30 minutes so there was no one at the front desk. For security purposes this was odd in my opinion. Room was nice and spacious, enough for a family. Overall, if there are improvements to the pool and better breakfast each morning this definitely would be my new place to stay.

Place was super clean. Room was so so spacious. Every single staff member was overly helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The pancakes were so good. You don’t usually have non frozen fresh pancakes, I was so surprised and we stay at a lot of places. We stayed there for our visit to Legoland which was like 2 minutes away via uber. Would definitely recommend staying there. Everything was very clean and comfortable. 5 stars

We needed a place to stay for the night.It was badly storming and lightning. The price was good for the last minute. Stay when we got their staff was very polite.The room was clean and comfortable. Directions about breakfast and checkout were very clear. Overall the stay was phenomenal.

My daughter and grandson stayed at Legoland hotel...this place was a great place for a quiet night. Room was more than I expected. Will stay again on next trip.

The hotel is new everything is modern and conform, smell good The breakfast is ok. Not crazy about the breakfast.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and having a walk in shower was the best. The bathroom had a motion light in it. Unfortunately it came on 3 times during the night when no one was up and woke us up. Hopefully maintenance will replace it with a regular switch.
