Very convenient to access LegoLand and the staff and Hotel was amazing!

Great hotel, very clean and well kept. Was only there one night as I was traveling for work, but I would stay here again!

Had difficulty checking in due to the trainee being left unattended. The door bolt did not function. The bathroom faucet was leaking. Issue was reported. Was told maintenance would be contacted but issue was not resolved during stay. Room and cleanliness was okay.

The staff are amazing!!! The property is very clean and conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we needed to extend our stay - twice! It was a very stressful time for our family and their assistance helped us be able to focus on our daughter & know we had a place to come back to to grab some rest in between trips to the hospital. They even took the time to check with us on how things were going and asked if they could do anything. THANK YOU to all of you! We will definitely be coming back when in town.

Lots of parking It’s a fairly new hotel, and yet a lot of the facilities and furniture were beat up.
