Location l couldn’t connect to the internet or after I got connected it was weak . Cockroaches were in the room. Lots of homeless people around

There were no amenities with this hotel. It was clean, and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was on busy road, which was alittle noisy.

The rooms are super clean and tidy. Beds are clean and comfortable. The area is very safe and the parking lot is safe. The manager is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. A+++++++++++

This is a two star motel. If you are going to use it to sleep while in the Winter Haven area it is adequate. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. It offered quick access to Sun-N-Fun (the reason for my stay) and the restaurants in the area are varied and excellent. There is a park about a block away that offers great sunsets over the lake. There is also shopping for necessities and grocery very close by. That being said the walls are thin (if you have loud neighbors), the bed is thin but tolerable and the linens were clean. This is not a hotel room you spend any more time in than is required for your stay, but it is inexpensive and adjacent to places that are nice to hang out at.

Easy check in. Perfect for a one night stay. Have returned 3 times.

The room was clean, but the linens were of poor quality, very scratchy. No blanket. No coffee maker? For 100 dollars a night, I should have spent the extra 30 and got some qulity.

Bed was comfortable. TV worked. More shelves in bathroom, Breakfast or at the very least coffee maker in room. Hand towel and washcloth not provided. No hair dryer. Noisy neighbors.

Hotel was horrible. Dirty. Towels and sheets were nasty. Loud noise the entire night.

Very practical for a weekend getaway or just for sleeping, the mattresses are very good but the base is iron and you have to be careful. Excellent for going to Legoland, you have to plan to leave early and find somewhere to have breakfast.

view of the lake from the first floor, enjoyable seafood restaurant/ raw bar three blocks east of the motel no ice, ac condensate drain leaked leaving puddle on the floor , door of room fridge would not stay closed, toilet seat not screwed down, bathroom sink faucet not screwed down, no insulating cover on the bed or in the room, nice flat screen TV but only the power-on button of the remote worked - no other remote button did anything, so no TV. Front door was quite grimy.
