Overall the stay at this hotel was very good esperance and good

Room was not cleaned and I was out of the entire day.

I don’t recommend this hotel. I had an inconvenient where in my second night staying there they told me I didn’t have any check in with them, gave me another room card and number, that had already been taken by another person. That whole experience was awful. The amenities were mid, everything felt old, dated and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly.

Air conditioner was not working and the room smelled bad. When I requested change room the attendant was not having best actitud

The hotel was adequate to spend a night but was not a very walkable location. They did have one restaurant you could walk to and it was a good BBQ place. Check in was a pleasure because of Richie Rich, the deskman. He recommended the restaurant and was an all-round nice guy.

The rooms were dirty and just very outdated and not well taken care of. This is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in before.

The rooms were old and the beds were hard, but the staff was really nice and accommodating.

The hallways smelled like stale smoke but the room odor was atrocious. After asking the front desk for air freshener, which they didn’t have, I had to go to the store to buy some. The area is also very sketchy.

Checked in late and the desk person was eating pizza and talking to someone else basically the whole interaction, I was barely acknowledged as a person. The room was okay once we got the air running. The bathroom was not okay. I could see urine on the floor next to the toilet, and the water did not get very hot, with very little water pressure.

Jay, the manager, was nice and easy to work with

When I got there the lady at the front desk said the room I booked wasn’t available or cleaned so I had to downgrade. Then the room wasn’t fully cleaned the faucet was coming out the wall and there was a wet rag and a pill in the bathroom. The lady told us to talk to the manager in the morning about a refund but when we went to the front desk the next morning the person there (she was way nicer than the receptionist last night) said the manager doesn’t even come in on weekends so the lady lied to my face just to not deal with me. I’m just real disappointed in my experience

For the price it was worth staying here

Breakfast not much variety and coffee was not the strongest

Pool was closed, that was disappointing. Location was a bit sketchy; was concerned my car would get broken into overnight.

Room was okay it was hot ac took a long time to cool down the room and made a ton of noise. Beds were also uncomfortable
