Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Downtown

The overall all appearance of the interior of the hotel was old and faded. The hotel itself was in a covenant location for what we had planned to do. The faded carpet and furniture is not enough to deter us from using this place again. We are booking this hotel again in a couple of months.

Rundown hotel with hightown prices , its scam in the name of radison, rooms are ok, beds and lenin are bad did nit feel they are clean or fresh, whole complex is smelling like weed but claim is smoke free hotel, all eminities are utterly bad shape pool is the worst, elevator broke down & gym out of service, never staying back again !!!

Breakfast was good but some more items can be there in menu like freshly cut fruits etc. There should be free drinking water for guests at all times (24 hours) through a water dispenser at reception area.The rooms should be cleaned everyday by default.The breakfast timings can be up to 10.00 a.m. as guests are on holiday.

It was clean and good enough to stay there for a night. The staff was nice and they let us leave our bags the day (albeit in a room under construction) The hotel is extremely outdated, everything is old and breaking apart. The breakfast is some of the worst selection and quality I've ever seen in a hotel. It's located next to the highway and inconvenient in public transport. Very expensive for what you are getting

Nothing No working TV, awful staff, no manager at all to speak to, air conditioner was not working, the lobby and elevator smelled like weed, one elevator was not working, electric outlets to plug in phones did not work.

It had a bed Pool deck had glass, dirt and leave in the pool, pool deck has mud and moss growing all over, no hot water in the room, back door was broken so we have to walk all the way around to get in. Floor are dirty

This was the dirtiest hotel o have ever stayed at.

Gets the job done

I already paid ahead of time for my hotel room. On arrival the person at the front desk first of all gave me the wrong keys for the wrong room thrice. I spent like 30 minutes going back down to the front desk then later gave me a different room. The room was not clean at all and the front desk was aware of the situation. At the end he gave me a twin room due to the fact that all king rooms had been either occupied or were dirty.

Rooms need to be changed & hallways. Fake flowers in front can be removed. Staff was very nice. Kind to help me with coffee

I never got to stay because they didn’t accept the card I used to book my stay and never told me until after but said they were still going to charge my card ? Makes no sense

Location Breakfast was different from our last stay…not so great.

The breakfast was OK and I guess the location is okay with car. The bed was in good condition and there was a BBQ restro in the neighbor. The corridor was stinky and the whole hotel could get some better cleaning. The bath's sink was dripping. This place definitely saw better days.

I liked that the staff was on top of cleaning and I saw someone often. Breakfast waffles were sour, there was an odor but I think that hotel is an older hotel so it makes sense. I went to the vending machine to get a coke and it was super hot when it came out.
