Walking to the room with my minor child I got to witness someone sitting outside of their room rolling up some Mary jane. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay. Unless me-th Chic is your thing

Came to check in the room at 11:30pm, received the room key and proceeded to go upstairs to check in the room. Immediately noticed people standing outside, not a problem. Until I got to the room and noticed they were standing around the room I was checking into, Wife Immediately says I don't feel safe here with people standing outside of the room. Go right back downstairs and tell the clerk the situation, that the situation is unsafe for my Wife and I would like a refund. Here it is 10 days later no refund no I receive a email that they have motion cameras to protect the property and make us feel safe. So if you are looking for a quite environment with nobody hanging outside your room door this isn't it. Not looking to bash anybody just wanted a refund on a room we didn't stay or felt safe staying in.

The gentleman working the counter was very nice. The hotel on the other hand was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The room is in terrible condition with broken everything. The toilet paper rack fell off the floor. The lock for the door has been broken off many times and reattached. There were great missing from the air-conditioning unit. The linen on the bed were bad enough that I slept on the floor. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There are cigarette burns on all the counters however the TV was new

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Much worse than the pictures. Dirty floors, carpet, Broken door, numerous cockroaches. Tub wouldn’t drain. Could not get out soon enough. That building should be condemned.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all around it. The sheets had several stains so I removed it all and just slept on a blanket and pillow I brought with me. The only decent thing was the air blew cold. There is no phone in the room for room service. You could not pay me to stay in this hotel ever again.

I was killing roaches all night. It was a smoking room . The covers on BOTH beds had burn holes. The first room was so nasty. They moved me to another one. No phone. Walked to front desk just to find no one there. There were people standing outside late. Not sure if they stayed there. It was just an uncomfortable situation all together…

Roaches in the bathroom look like they just hurry up and finish construction in the bathroom rooms beds are hard and not clean

The staff was polite, the area was noisy and random strangers kept knocking on my door throughout my visit. The room itself was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was dark when I arrived but when asked about pool it was closed off but online says it was open My room had a large square hole in the ceiling in restroom

I called front desk over and over Continued below... Guy was threatening to shoot people. Police finally called at 700am...owner told me stay in my room it's not safe. I ASKED FOR A REFUND. I SAID I WAS A BLUE VIP MEMBER. OWNER SAID NO. NO NO POLICE TOOK ONE GUY SEVERAL OTHERS LIVING IN HOTEL. I WANT REFUND

I booked the hotel online and IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT BEING 21 OR OLDER. And they didn't give me the room nor a refund.
