We stayed in the king bedroom suite from Thurs-Sun, the room was really clean and nice! Love that there's a kitchen with cooking tools and appliances even though we didn't cook, the microwave and fridge came in handy for our 3 nights stay. I like that there is also a ceiling fan above the bed so you get a breeze even when the ac stops running. The staff were really friendly and they had delicious complimentary breakfast from 6am until 10am and kept it stocked so everything was always fresh and yummy. They also use a good brand of shower products by Crabtree and Evelyn which we both enjoyed a lot after a humid day outside. Also this place was close to Fort Gordon (Eisenhower) and the Augusta Mall which was perfect for our stay.

Great place, clean, convenient to a lot of things. Very nice spacious room with a small kitchen. Great place to stay for the weekend and very pet friendly as well.

Excellent . Breakfasts only issue was low by 9 no good . Even cereal had no milk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful larger than I thought it would be. Very clean. The breakfast was very good.

We were very pleased with our stay! Easy check-in the bed was super comfy and everything was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped but the skillet was showing its age with scratches in the non-stick coating. Otherwise, eveything was good.

Nothing Wasn’t respectful

We have always chosen Hilton properties but the entire process at this Hilton location was a nightmare. The staff!!!!! My husband received a call on the morning that he was to check in that he needed to update his card information however it made him feel uncertain to update his card over the phone. We called the Hilton location to change the card and were told it needs to be updated through booking. Within minutes it was updated through booking with a confirmation email at 8:53am. My husband drove to Augusta to be with his children because their mother had passed away. He went immediately to be with them and didn’t get to the hotel until 7pm to check in. When he arrives he is told that the Hilton servers were down and there was nothing they could do for him. They kept going back to the fact that he didn’t change his card over the phone and they couldn’t confirm that he had updated his card. They did not call booking to confirm the updated information from 11 hours before, they did absolutely nothing to get him into a room. He was told by Karen Brown that he would not be charged because they cannot check him in. Being mentally drained he went over to another hotel who immediately got him in to a room. The next day we see a charge by the HILTON for his room stay. I called and spoke to a woman who told me there was nothing she could do to reverse the charge and that he was still showing in their system until Sunday. I get placed on hold and then the line disconnected this happened not once but twice! I called back and get Karen Brown on the line who was a complete and total nightmare. She all of sudden couldn’t talk to me but only to my husband who did not make the reservation but would only speak to him, I bring him on the line (mind you he is dealing with grieving children!) and Karen would not speak to me because I was “argumentative”. Would not provide her last name, never apologized for all of the excess stress, never apologized for no room being available, and never apologized for our card being charged.

Very clean! From the moment we walked in to getting settled in the room. We checked it all out to make sure it was clean and it was. It is a newer hotel and we felt comfortable staying there for two nights. We will say again when we visit next time

Staff was super nice , every single one of them that we encountered on the Snow Day, very knowledgeable of what was going on , places around them , and the updates about road saffey

Staff went above and beyond. They were very accommodating and friendly. It snowed while we were here and the staff set up board games and made hot chocolate for the kids. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
