Great customer service never had a problem. Would highly recommend. Great hotel only thing I would like to add is they need locks on the bedroom door. Other than that It was a great stay.

I especially want to highlight Kim at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she handled everything with patience and care. I had my three little ones with me, and even on our busiest, messiest days, she never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. She was always uplifting and reassuring. She even helped communicate with the housing company on our behalf, which made a huge difference for us. The hotel itself was also great—having access to a free gym and free laundry made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support we received here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, especially families going through a transition.

The entire 2nd floor was filled with pot smoke from room 213.

Everything was great but the plastic on the mattress was a little weird
-
The room was clean. Breakfast was good but limited choices. Front desk clerks were nice and friendly.

dirty hallways, dingy, dark, room not vacuumed room, sink stopped up, some areas like my entry door look very old
-

The 2 ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice and ready to assist in any way. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a king suite. Upon walking in the room it was very small and compact. Seemed like a regular sized room with all the furnishings of a king suite just crammed in there. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs had the consistency of plastic, the sausage links were raw in the middle, the sausage patties were hard as a rock and the kitchen staff were in plain view of everyone and were loudly talking and cussing continually.

Nice and roomy Renovating

Staybridge are always great - they have a kitchen area, living area, a bedroom or bedroom area. Very comfortable. Always. They allow pets - and they meet and greet your pet at the time of check in. It was incredible. We loved it !

The description said 2 bedroom so that is what I was expecting. The hotel said it's wrong how they have it listed. So that's definitely misleading
-
Enough parking & looked nice It has boogers on the wall inside the room

The breakfast did not have enough choices to eat. The lady who took my payment was not friendly at all. I asked a question about the rules because we were traveling with our Yorkie, small dog. She did not answer my question and pointed to a sign on her counter and stated, "Read that". The price for my dog's stay was too high $75.00 for a night.

Perfect 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with kitchenette for me and my children/grandchildren.

This was a quick weekend getaway. This was a great hotel located in a quiet area, close to everything.
