I had just had surgery and had an organ removed, my father passed, and I had to fly into town. When I got there, it was 12 o’clock. Marcella, a young lady at the front desk cared enough to give me a room, but could not give me a key until the computers updated. I was in so much pain thank you Marcella.. Nyah immediately changed our room after our TV started to glitch. They accommodated us in every foreign fashion. If you’re passing through and want to stay close to the airport, don’t stay anywhere else but the four points they hire great people thank you Nyah and Marcella.. U2 Make the company Sheraton four points a great place to stay and you’re good at your job

this the 2nd time i have stayed here...in both times there is a smell that smells like cat urine. i think it must be a cleaning product, but it is horrible and i will think twice before booking this hotel again even though i like everything else about it.

Our booking came with free breakfast but when we went to ask about it we had to pay so we said never mind but other than that it was nice
-
It was horrible experience

Very friendly and helpful

Near where I needed to go to. I can’t complain this stay was great.
-
It was loud!!! Room not properly staffed. They didn’t tell me there was a charge to park my car.
-
What frustrated me most, though, was the way extra charges were handled. Parking was not included and came with an additional fee, which felt excessive given the overall quality of the stay. Even more concerning, I was charged $100 for checking out just a couple of minutes past the 11:00 AM deadline. That kind of rigid and punitive policy feels more like a money grab than reasonable customer service. I also found the online ratings a bit puzzling compared to my experience. The overwhelmingly positive reviews don’t seem to match the reality I encountered, which makes me question how representative they really are. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and would recommend others read reviews carefully and be aware of the strict policies and extra fees before booking.

The walls were thin. You could hear everyone around you which caused a lack of sleep.

This hotel - with its relatively HIGH PRICE FOR THE TYPE OF AMENITIES THAT ONE RECEIVES was chosen, not just for its close location - but for its ADVERTISED CLAIMS of Restful and QUIET STAY - WHICH ONE WOULD EXPECT EVEN AT LOWER PRICE CATEGORIES, let alone at the actual price level here. HOWEVER THE ROOM WAS RATHER NOISY - AND I COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE COMING FRM THE NEIGHBORING ROOMS. As it has turned out - the rooms are Not separated by a wall - but instead by a locked door ! I heard for two hours every sound and every word from the tenants in the next room - depite the fact that they were Not particularly loud - there is simply NO SOUND ISOLATION. Only upon my complaint to the desk, they had to intervene (which was Not because the neighbors were especially loud - simply it is almost same room) was I able to go to sleep.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the "Four Points by Sheraton Austin Airport" has managed a rare feat: they have successfully stripped the "hospitality" out of the hospitality business. This isn't a service-oriented establishment; it is a transactional cold front ran by people who operate more like loan sharks than hoteliers. The "cheapness" here is pervasive. It starts with the petty gatekeeping of basic necessities. Ask for a bottle of water? You get one—complimentary bottle, followed by a lecture on policy. Need extra cups? You’re told to make do with "whatever is in the room." It is an embarrassing lack of basic care that makes you feel like an intruder rather than a paying guest. Extra hour for check out, 1 min delay, $100. However, the real predatory behavior lies in their "deceptive parking practices". During check-in, they go through the standard motion of asking for your license plate number—a routine protocol at almost any motel or hotel for security. What they "don’t" tell you upfront is that this "check-in" is actually an enrollment into a $20 daily parking fee. When you inevitably question the charge, while checking out, the staff pivots to a rehearsed, robotic defense: "It’s on our website," and "We asked for your license number." Every inquiry is met with the same cold, legalistic script, making you feel like you are at a legal proceeding rather than a hotel front desk. Stay away.

The first room smelled. The evening staff was mediocre in customer service.
-
The entire hotel has a nice aesthetic!

It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either No pool. The rooms appeared to be clean but found stuff under the bed, slightly hanging out. Wasn’t looking for it. So if I noticed it, why didn’t housekeepers? Obviously didn’t vacuum or would’ve vacuumed one of the items up
