Perfect stay when having an early morning flight. Flight got delayed and so we were actually able to have a fantastic and filling breakfast just what we needed. Staff was friendly and able to answer and help with what we needed.

They need a business center with a printer . The breakfast was great and the waffles also ..also the shuttle service was class A But I also need to mention the exit door was broken and people where coming in and out that appeared somewhat questionable

Location was great The pool was dirty.

While the hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle (which only ran from 5am to 7:45pm), the property was very run down and our room was not clean (i.e., there was other people's hair on the counter and in our towels, the toilet wasn't clean). I will not be staying here again and would not recommend to others.

The biggest issue was the lobby restroom. After flushing the toilet, the toilet seat suddenly became extremely hot and steam started coming out of the bowl. The water appeared to be boiling hot, almost like it was connected to a water heater. I’ve never seen anything like that before, and it honestly startled me enough that I jumped up because I was worried about getting burned. To make matters worse, there was no soap available to wash my hands because both soap dispensers were broken. Checking into my room was also frustrating. The front desk had to make five different key cards before one finally worked. None of the others would open my room door. Inside the room, the thermostat didn’t seem to communicate properly with the PTAC unit, making temperature control difficult. The breakfast lobby area also looked poorly maintained. The large wall where the TV is mounted has noticeably crooked sheetrock and an unfinished appearance. It gives the impression that repairs were done as cheaply as possible without proper quality control. Overall, this was not the level of quality or maintenance I expect from a hotel. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The hallway to the room was hot, as if the AC was not running. Our room felt humid to the point where our sheets felt a little damp. The handle of the bathroom door was broken off. The bathtub had a big stain. The only reason why we stayed and made do was because we had worked all day and driven in from Houston late at night and had to be up early for an event, but we will not stay here again.

Staff is very helpful. Hotel is in a good location and it’s in pretty decent shape.

There was a huge cockroach in my room crawling all over the wall. The staff was good about getting me another room but I couldn’t sleep comfortably after that.

It was a comfortable bed. Just the staff, specifically how they handle the shuttle. I had to wait 40 mins even though the hotel is a 7-8 min drive. I was told different things when I called twice about an update.

We always stay here when flying out of Austin. The staff at the hotel are always very friendly and the check-in process is easy online. The rooms are clean and comfortable and close to the airport.
