Wonderful Experience!!!

AC was working poorly downstairs, breakfast temp way too warm. AC out for whole hotel one day. Room was not made up or towels changed in 4 days. Staff very polite but would not go back

Excellent hotel within walking distance to many restaurants and the aquarium! Very clean rooms, pleasant and kind staff, delicious breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby with flavored creamer options.

Good location - very quick walk to restaurants, the convention center and attractions at the Inner Harbor. Friendly staff - every staff member (valet, breakfast attendant, concierge) encountered there was friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room - bed was comfy and room was spacious. The Wifi was out for a day. The AC was turned off 8am-4pm one day I was there. I was not in the room for the majority of the time and my room cooled down to a comfortable temperature promptly but other guests were reporting that their rooms still felt warm.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Great valet staff and service too!

Rosa at breakfast was attentive and kept things clean. Good breakfast and nice workout room facility.

Good Ambiance and good service

The breakfast was delicious with foods varying day to day. The breakfast staff Rosa and Gustavo ensured it was clean and well equipped. There is no self-parking. To park, you must pay valet. We had difficulty using our key card to access the pool and needed assistance. The scale in the weight room did not work. Hotel was easy to commute to from the bus station and near by to attractions like the water taxi and aquarium. The hotel offered room maintenance every other day which is understandable. However, on our cleaning day, the room attendant only replaced the towels. She did not make our beds or remove all the garbage or replace the body wash. Worse part was when we heard the room attendant complain about how people do not leave tips for the service she provides. We complained to the desk about the room and someone came to take the garbage and gave us a body wash bottle for us to replace in the shower.

Everything about the room was wonderful. The only thing was that our bathroom door didn’t close properly. Otherwise, I had no complaints

The beds were very low and very worn. Or to comfortable. Overall the room was clean and had plenty of towels

Very clean, well kept. Roads of the inner harbor kind of tricky to navigate but with valet parking and a quick and courteous valet service made it that much better. It's central to all points of interest. I very much recommend.

Good value for the location. Close to Inner Harbor. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was scarce and I. The cell phone during the entire interaction. Vallet parking is the only parking option and the price is outrageous.
